Julia came to us with a vision to transform the birthing experience for families by establishing a leading practice in culturally competent midwifery care, known for reducing birth disparities and empowerment through holistic support. They aspire to create a future where every individual has access to fair, respectful, and informed care and where every family’s journey is honored and celebrated. We did this by creating a brand and website that is grounded in her business values and felt warm and supportive.

Julia Underwood Midwifery is to provide evidence-based midwifery care that empowers birthing individuals and families to experience safe, low-intervention births in a supportive, nurturing environment. We are dedicated to reducing Black birth disparities and serving marginalized groups. We are committed to ensuring that every client receives compassionate, holistic and personalized care throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
